Hemköp is launching another store in central Stockholm. During spring 2012, a brand new store of around 1,500 m² will open on Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm, with an emphasis on delicatessen products, fresh produce and ready-meals. The people of Norrmalm will be able to enjoy good value at a quality store.
Hemköp Birger Jarlsgatan will provide its customers with a wide and varied assortment, along with plenty of inspiration. The store will test out many new products and services, and will have a strong focus on organic meat, stonebaked bread and a well-stocked deli counter.
“It’s fantastic to be able to offer our Stockholm customers yet another excellent food store with a wide and varied assortment that gives value for money. We make it easy for our customers to find readymade solutions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We hope to make the area more attractive with a good store for fresh produce that also focuses on its delicatessen range. Customers will be sure to find everything they need, whether they shop in the day, on their way home from work or at weekends,” explains Ola Andersson, CEO of Hemköp.
The nearest Hemköp stores at the moment are Hemköp Odenplan and Hemköp Östermalmstorg. The new store will be located at Birger Jarlsgatan 59, next to Spårvagnshallarna.
