Product safety
All Axfood’s private label products must be safe when used as intended. To ensure this, all the producers used by Axfood must be certified according to one of the internationally accepted standards. Axfood also has an analysis programme that takes samples as a further guarantee of safety.
Function
The products must be tested so that they meet the functional demands that customers can reasonably expect.
Labelling
In addition to the requirements set out in law for each product, Axfood’s private label products must be marked with the country of origin as far as possible, an extended nutritional value declaration and a quality guarantee.
Quality guarantee
Axfood’s private label products are carefully selected and quality tested. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the quality for some reason, please contact us. Send us the product name, brand, “best before” date/production code, barcode, your address and your comments, and we will refund you for the product.
Consumer Services
Axfood’s customers need to be able to contact the company easily with questions and complaints. They must then receive answers to their questions and compensation in line with the quality guarantee.
