For Axfood, competent and committed employees and grocersboost competitive strength and are a prerequisite for profitable growth. To better meet customers’ needs and expectations for service, Axfood will be conducting extensive training in sales and service. Parallel with this, in-store seminars will be held for office staff to foster a better understanding between supportfunctions and stores.

Axfood is also committed to developing leadership within the Group in order to enhance business acumen while developing managers’ recruitment skills.
