At the Axfood Academy, our group training facility, Axfood’s staff can access training in everything from food and store operations to leadership skills. The courses may be short and online or longer and residential. They are aimed at both new employees and long-established staff members.
Several of our internal coaches are experienced employees who carry out internal training in addition to their ordinary job. This ensures that knowledge is passed on within the organisation. The Axfood Academy is a meeting place for the exchange of experience, which helps to drive our business forward.
